Company History

Bangkok Chayoratn Company Limited has established since 18 December 1973 by the three major shareholders which are Bangkok Insurance PCL., Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd. (in Japan), with the capital amounted to 400,000 baht at the first establishment and later increased to be 10 million baht in year 2014, the total asset amounted to 892 million baht as at 31 December 2025.

The Company has been in the business as a non-life insurance broker and has obtained the non-life insurance broker license no. ว00091/2517 on 18 July 1974, so company is under control by Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), Ministry of Finance.

In addition to giving the consultation and service of non-life insurance, the company also has established Bangkok Chayolife Co., Ltd. since 22 February 2002 and has got the life insurance broker license no. ช00009/2545 on 2 April 2002 for giving the consultation and service of life insurance too.
